Alina Habba has resigned as the US Attorney for New Jersey. This comes after a legal ruling that questioned her legal standing to hold the office.

Attorney General's Statement

US Attorney General, the Attorney General, accepted the prosecutor's departure on the start of the week. Bondi stated that the appeals court finding made it impossible for Habba to perform her duties.

"Let no one confuse compliance for surrender," Habba stated. "The effort will now reach across the nation."
